The influencer communications of “L’Oréal Baltic,” the largest investor in influencer marketing in the Baltic states, will continue to be managed by the influencer marketing and event organization agency “swaY,” which won the tender. A two-year contract has been signed, with the possibility of extending the collaboration further.

“Taking care of partnerships and positioning in the digital space for a leader in the beauty industry is a privilege. Winning the tender for the second year in a row is a clear expression of trust. We are pleased that in these technologically intensive, data-driven times, brands value reliable partners. We always aim to provide our clients with as much certainty as possible while discovering new ways to reach target audiences and gain deeper insights about them.

This win allows the agency to further expand its range of services: alongside influencer marketing, UGC, gifting campaigns, coordinating photoshoots and filming, and integrations in TV projects, we plan to further develop social media account management and something we are especially proud of – event organization, including influencer trips to international brand events abroad and their coordination,” said Audrius Minsevičius, founder and director of “swaY.”

“L’Oréal’s goal is to create beauty that moves the world. To achieve this, we need partners who not only understand the complexity of the modern beauty market but also share our passion. Throughout the entire tender process, swaY demonstrated an exceptional ability to combine data-driven insights with strong management practices.

We are confident that this collaboration will accelerate our ability to meaningfully connect with consumers and drive the next stage of growth for our brands. We look forward to a successful and inspiring journey together,” summarized Arkadiusz Liszka, Head of A&I Tools, Data and Compliance for the L’Oréal Poland & Baltic HUB, explaining the decision to extend the contract with the current partners.

“swaY” will provide “L’Oréal Baltic” with communication, influencer, event, and brand image consulting services, as well as create and implement publicity campaigns. To date, the agency has already serviced and represented 15 of the 18 brands operating under “L’Oréal Baltic” in the region, and has implemented or is currently running more than 90% of all campaigns.
